Book Heaven is a ministry of Lehigh Valley Baptist Church and desires to provide high-quality Christian materials at an affordable price. The Bible is the basis of our ministry and therefore, we desire to make them affordable to every customer. All of our Bibles are new, direct from the publisher. We desire full satisfaction of our customers and will do everything possible to guarantee that satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation of our policies. RETURN POLICY:
-Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: 7 days after receiving. If you are not satisfied with the content, quality, style, or features of a Bible or book, you can return the product with pre-authorization within the first 7 days. You will receive a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
-Damaged or Defective Guarantee: 30 days after receiving. If there is any marks, defects, or problems with the make or quality of a Bible or product, you can return it with pre-authorization within the first 30 days. After the item is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping or replacement product if so desired. After 30 days, you must contact the publisher for any replacements or refunds.
